About Us
My passion is connecting people with their purpose. A Harvard Graduate School of Education alumna, With 20 years of education experience, I’ve coached hundreds of students in resume development and pre-professional job seeking skills. In addition to my full-time role, I assist undergraduates with their resumes and interview preparation. Often serving as a hiring manager myself, I’ve conducted too many interviews to count, and I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes. I’m looking forward to working with you in this important phase of your career.

I’ve worked for over 15 years in hiring and coaching professionals in entry level and early career roles. I’ve seen the difference between what candidates think they know and what is necessary to be successful in a job search. I’ve connected several young adults with their future careers, and I’m proud to have helped them find their start. I observed first hand that job seeking skills and professional communication can be learned, practiced, and perfected.
